Commissions involving extreme gore will not be accepted

NSFW commissions are subject to my personal discretion. Each request will be evaluated individually, and I reserve the right to accept or decline it based on content.

A “Request” is a suggestion for an illustration I may do in the future under my own timing and conditions.

It does not constitute a formal commission, does not include progress tracking, and does not allow revisions.

What I will and won’t illustrate is the same as for commissions, except for OCs.

Requests can be sent by email with the subject “Request” to be added to the list of possible future works (..◜ᴗ◝..)

When requesting a commission, it is essential to provide clear and detailed references (images, descriptions, poses, style, expressions, etc.).

Anything not clearly specified will be subject to my interpretation and artistic freedom.

References provided by the client must be of permitted use or owned by the client. I am not responsible for legal issues arising from the use of copyrighted material by third parties.

I do not create exact imitations of other artists’ styles. All illustrations are done within my own artistic style.

Revisions are only allowed during the sketch stage. Once the sketch is approved and the piece has entered lineart and/or colouring, no further changes will be accepted.

Up to 3 free revisions are included during the sketch stage.

Changes included within these revisions: minor detail adjustments, small proportion changes, simple accessories, and facial expressions. Additional paid changes: different pose, new composition, adding or removing characters, or a full redesign of the sketch.

Once the sketch is approved, the only additional changes accepted are colour adjustments, with a maximum of 2 revision rounds. Any major changes requested after this stage will be quoted separately.

All revision requests must be submitted within 3 business days after the sketch is sent. If no response is received within this timeframe, the sketch will be considered approved and final.

Changes that require redrawing the entire sketch will incur an additional fee.

No editable files are delivered (PSD, SAI, CLIP, PROCREATE, or others).

To start the work, a 50% deposit of the total price is required. Once received, I will begin the sketch and send progress updates.

The remaining 50% must be paid before the final high-resolution illustration is delivered.

Credit card payments are not accepted.

Accepted payment methods are bank transfer and PayPal (USD / EUR) for international clients. Any platform fees are the client’s responsibility.

If the client cancels the order before the sketch is approved, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Once the sketch has been approved and the lineart and coloring stages have begun, no refunds will be made.

In case that I must cancel a commission due to personal reasons, a full refund of the amount paid up to that point will be given.

Illustrations are for personal use only, including: sharing on social media with proper credits, use as avatar or wallpaper, and personal printing without profit.

Not permitted: commercial use without prior agreement, resale, merchandising, NFTs, or advertising.

Modifying, altering, removing the signature, or claiming authorship is prohibited.

The use of the artwork, whole or in part, for AI training, databases, generative models, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited.

Redistribution of the artwork on resource banks, download platforms, or third-party sites is not permitted.

Commercial use must be agreed on beforehand and will have different pricing and conditions.

I retain full copyright over all my works, including commissions.

I reserve the right to publish commissions on my social media and portfolio, except NSFW commissions, which will not be published for privacy.

If the client does not want their commission published, this must be stated at the moment of ordering.

Delivery times vary by complexity and my workload. Estimated timeframes will be provided when the commission is confirmed.

On average, deliveries range from 1 to 4 weeks. This is an estimate, not guaranteed.

Time starts after sketch approval and receipt of the deposit.

Client delays (lack of response, late approvals, or late payments) may affect the estimated delivery time.

Rush delivery can be requested for an additional fee of 30% to 50%.

Delays due to health issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond my control may occur; in such cases, I will notify in advance.

The final illustration will be delivered digitally (JPG, PNG, or PDF) in high quality through the agreed method.

No physical items will be shipped.

If the client does not respond for more than 7 business days at any stage, the commission will be paused.

If more than 14 days pass without response, the commission is considered canceled with no refund of the deposit.

Restarting a paused commission depends on my availability and requires paying the deposit again.

Payment is due within 3 days of completion of the illustration. Any payment not received within this period will be subject to additional fees.

In case of delay, a surcharge of 5% per week will apply.

The final illustration will not be delivered until full payment is received.

Prices may be adjusted due to inflation or economic changes.

Any changes will be communicated before confirming the order.
